There is No Return Policy for 925/999 Silver Coins.
Since Jewellery is wearable Product and Bullion is Decision Making Product Do Not Take Return of 925/999 Silver Coins. No Refund On Gold And Silver Coins and Bullions.
Live Video Proof of Opening Shipment is Compulsory for a refund.
If the Shipment is Tampered during Transit it is customers responsibility not to accept the product and return. Share Photo of Tampered item from delivery partner.

Cancellation Policy :
We do not cancel or refund any order for Products Category of 925/999 Jewellery. Order can be canceled before dispatch and a refund will be processed with 5% Cancellation and processing Charges for cancellation is deducted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Proper Full Video is Required before opening the Shipment to Get your Claim.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like No Proof of Opening Video.
In Case of Silver Coins, as their is no size Issue No Refund Will be Provided. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchase made during occasion of Sale and Discount offers , sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
